Team Overview
The Label Operations team at Atlantic Music Group manages music releases efficiently from artist and repertoire (A&R) handoff through to commercial availability. Working cross-functionally with departments such as A&R Operations, Marketing, Business Affairs, Creative, and Production, the team ensures smooth execution and communication of releases, owning the master release schedule.
Role Summary
This position offers a prime opportunity to contribute within one of the world's leading record companies. The Coordinator will serve as a key liaison across multiple organizational levels, gaining insight into major record label operations. Success in this role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency with digital supply chain systems, effective communication under pressure, and collaborative spirit in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan upcoming music releases and maintain the global release schedule, ensuring timely updates across the company.
- Coordinate with Production teams on product setup strategies and execution, applying knowledge of release management tools and digital service provider (DSP) requirements.
- Manage release status updates by interfacing with key personnel across Atlantic Music Group and Warner Music Group.
- Monitor release timelines vigilantly, spearheading remedial actions when delays arise and communicating project statuses promptly.
- Adapt release strategies by considering daily changes within the music industry ecosystem to maximize artist impact.
- Act as a resource and point of contact for company-wide operational queries.

This position requires a minimum of four days per week onsite to foster collaboration and professional growth.
