Role Overview

As a Controller, you will support the company with reporting, planning, and analysis tasks that help guide business decisions. The position is based in Landau, Bavaria, Germany and is designed for on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and continuously improve monthly reports, plan-versus-actual comparisons, and variance analyses.
Assist with budget planning, forecasting activities, and year-end financial statements.
Review key business indicators and translate findings into practical recommendations for action.
Develop ad hoc analyses and decision-ready materials for management and relevant departments.
Support the ongoing enhancement of controlling processes, KPIs, and reporting tools.
