Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Delivery

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Contract Recruiter to join ZRG's Embedded Talent Acquisition team in an RPO-style engagement supporting a global enterprise client based in Germany. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing and corporate functions, focusing on delivering high-quality candidate pipelines and ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience. The position is primarily remote, ideally filled by a recruiter residing in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle recruitment for multiple roles within corporate and manufacturing business units.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, success profiles, and devise sourcing strategies.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, and proactive candidate outreach.
• Perform candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments to evaluate fit.
• Ensure excellence in recruitment processes including scheduling, feedback management, candidate experience, and compliance adherence.
• Accurately update applicant tracking system data and generate weekly reports on recruitment pipeline status and progress.
• Act professionally and communicate clearly while representing both ZRG Embedded and the client organization.

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum of seven years' experience in internal recruitment or embedded/RPO environments.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Capacity to handle several job openings concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with a consultative and solution-driven approach.
• Fluent in both German and English languages.
• Experience recruiting talent within European markets.
