Role Overview
We seek a creative and meticulous Content Writer to produce compelling and insightful content that reflects LoudOwls' technology and software development proficiency. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing and leadership teams to generate materials that strengthen the brand's reputation and engage audiences across multiple channels including the company website, blog, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
Responsibilities
- Develop blogs, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and website content focusing on technology, SaaS, mobile applications, and relevant industry trends.
- Conduct research and stay informed about the latest advancements in technology topics such as AI, app development, and SaaS security to ensure content relevance and timeliness.
- Transform extensive written content like articles and case studies into engaging social media updates and newsletter highlights.
- Work jointly with the design team to create visually appealing content assets.
- Compose case studies and descriptions showcasing client projects in the portfolio.
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize content performance across platforms.
- Ensure uniformity in brand voice and tone throughout all communications.
- Proofread and revise content to guarantee clarity, grammatical accuracy, and factual correctness.
Requirements
- Between 1 to 3 years of professional content writing experience, preferably within the tech or SaaS sector.
- Exceptional command of English for written communication.
- Strong research abilities with the capacity to distill complex technical information into understandable business language.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing techniques.
- Prior experience managing content for LinkedIn or social media platforms is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of software development, mobile apps, or SaaS products is highly preferred.
- Provision of a portfolio or writing samples is mandatory.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Previous writing experience for B2B technology or software companies.
- Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Grammarly, and SEO platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Understanding of technology domains such as AI, fintech, or healthcare is a plus.
