Role Overview
The position available is a full-time Content Moderator based in Jordan, operating in a hybrid work setting allowing some remote work. The primary responsibility is to review and assess user-generated content across digital platforms affiliated with Verutti Millano, ensuring all content adheres strictly to brand policies and community standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming content to evaluate and approve or flag items based on set guidelines.
- Apply moderation policies consistently and escalate complex or sensitive cases for further review.
- Maintain accurate documentation of decisions made regarding content approval or removal.
- Address user questions concerning content-related problems professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with customer support and technology teams to enhance moderation workflows and systems.
- Offer constructive feedback aimed at refining moderation guidelines and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent analytical ability to identify content trends and make informed, policy-driven decisions.
- Strong communication capabilities for professional interaction with users and internal teams.
