Content Manager

Role Overview

This position focuses on building and managing academic content for competitive examinations, specifically CSIR NET and IIT JAM. The role combines content planning, quality control, curriculum research, and coordination with multiple teams to deliver effective learning material.

Content Development and Management

You will take ownership of the planning, creation, and ongoing management of subject content for CSIR NET and IIT JAM. This includes working with subject matter experts to develop study material, practice questions, mock tests, assignments, and revision support resources.

The content must stay aligned with the most recent syllabus requirements, exam formats, and learning goals. A key part of the role is to structure learning resources in a way that improves student participation and supports stronger learning outcomes.

Quality Assurance

You will be responsible for thorough review checks to confirm that all content is correct, conceptually sound, clear, consistent, and in line with academic standards.

This includes validating questions, solutions, explanations, and answer keys before they are published. You will also help maintain quality benchmarks and contribute to ongoing improvements in content standards.

Curriculum and Exam Research

Part of the job involves keeping track of syllabus updates, exam announcements, and changes in question patterns for CSIR NET and IIT JAM.

You will study previous year papers and competitive exam trends to identify high-priority topics and areas where content is missing or needs strengthening. Based on this research and student input, you will suggest revisions and enhancements to existing materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will work with instructional designers, graphic designers, video production teams, and academic operations to build engaging learning experiences.

The role also requires regular coordination with internal teams to make sure content tasks are completed on time and communication between subject experts and operational teams remains smooth throughout the development cycle.

Project and Stakeholder Management

You will handle several content projects at once, balancing priorities while keeping quality and deadlines in view.

Monitoring project progress, managing deliverables, and ensuring timely completion will be essential. You will also share regular progress updates with leadership, including blockers, challenges, and ideas for improvement.

Graduation is not mandatory for this role.

Compensation

The offered pay range is INR 3,00,000 to INR 8,00,000 per year.
