Role Overview

As a Consultant LS Retail, you will leverage your background in production, trade, eCommerce, HR, Finance, or related fields, coupled with your fascination with IT — possibly already familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, CRM, or Modern Workplace — to provide insightful, customer-centric solutions. You will consistently make thoughtful decisions oriented toward client and team welfare, prioritizing empathy, responsibility, and collaboration. Your proactive approach encourages continuous personal growth and passion-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with retail store managers to analyze process inefficiencies, identify optimization opportunities including merchandise flow and POS integration, and propose initial solutions anchored in LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Actively participate in project teams to implement new retail solutions through workshops with key users, challenging existing processes and translating business needs into system configurations.
• Support clients beyond implementation by providing training sessions, clarifying workflows, and ensuring effective adoption and utilization of the applied solutions.

Work Environment and Tools

• Engage with modern ERP and retail platforms focusing on LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and fellow consultants.
• Maintain direct communication with stakeholders ranging from key users to executives.
• Contribute to both national and international projects with opportunities for specialization in areas such as POS, supply chain management, or retail operations.

Onboarding and Career Development

• Weeks 1-8: Introductory phase including familiarization with LS Central and retail project contexts alongside typical trade processes.
• After 3 months: Begin assuming project responsibilities by supporting workshops and fulfilling client requirements.
• After 6 months: Manage independent topics by leading workshops and training sessions, and overseeing segments of projects autonomously.

Candidate Profile and Benefits
