Role Overview
This full-time, on-site role based in Adama involves supporting daily construction activities, including site preparation, handling materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople with tasks such as formwork, concrete pouring, masonry, and basic carpentry. Responsibilities entail following safety protocols, proper tool and equipment usage, maintaining an orderly work environment, and promptly reporting hazards to supervisors. The role also requires reading and following basic instructions, cooperating with the team to meet deadlines, and demonstrating punctuality and reliability throughout project duration.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Physically capable of safely performing construction labor, including lifting, carrying, and working in outdoor conditions subject to variable weather.
- Basic knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and tools; prior experience on construction sites is advantageous.
