Overview
We are seeking a Construction / Site Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations at our construction site in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The role involves supervision of employees and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project plans, and maintaining quality and discipline on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor daily construction tasks and supervise staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work aligns with project specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to facilitate efficient project delivery.
- Recruit and assess the performance of on-site laborers and workers.
- Maintain discipline and enforce procedures among junior personnel.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 INR.
