Role Overview

The company is seeking a full-time Construction Site Cleaner to work on-site in the City of Southampton. The primary responsibility is maintaining a high level of cleanliness across construction sites. Tasks include debris removal, surface cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring the site is properly prepared for handovers or inspections. The role requires adherence to hygiene standards and teamwork to keep the environment safe and presentable.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a valid CSCS card is mandatory.
• Experience with cleaning activities such as surface cleaning, dusting, and removing debris.
• Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment including vacuums, brooms, and pressure washers.
• Knowledge and compliance with construction site safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and ability to work efficiently within deadlines.
• Physical fitness suited for manual labor tasks like lifting and moving equipment or debris.
• Previous experience in builders cleans or similar construction site cleaning roles is preferred.
