Construction Project Manager - Civil Engineering

Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager specializing in civil engineering to direct a range of civil projects located in Germany. This role involves comprehensive leadership from initial planning stages through project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Primary Duties

• Lead civil engineering projects from planning to execution.
• Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and various stakeholders.
• Ensure project milestones are met within budget and quality standards.
• Engage with clients, local government bodies, and utility providers.
• Handle project documentation, reporting, and compliance control.
• Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards.
• Oversee coordination across design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Collaborate with quantity surveying teams to enhance commercial outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field at Level 8.
• Minimum five years in a project management role within civil engineering.
• Substantial experience in civil or utilities infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects promptly and within budget.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish construction and utility regulations.
• Proven capability managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Compensation & Benefits

• Attractive salary, dependent on experience, between €85,000 and €100,000 annually.
• Flights and accommodation expenses covered.
