Construction Manager - Multi Family Superintendent

This opportunity is based in Mountain Home, Idaho.

Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in construction management, as a superintendent, foreman, or similar supervisory capacity within new home construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all trades relevant to homebuilding.
• Driven and passionate about achieving excellence with a proactive attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills complemented by the ability to independently meet timelines, objectives, and goals.
• Proven ability to develop and sustain long-term partnerships with trade contractors.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
