Construction Manager

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will be tasked with overseeing, directing, and coordinating construction projects from initial planning through to completion while monitoring all key performance metrics to ensure timeliness and cost efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through all phases, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and specialists.
• Manage hiring and scheduling of both full-time and part-time subcontractors and laborers.
• Address work delays, emergencies, and other disruptions promptly and effectively.
• Provide clear guidance to contractors and vendors during site preparation to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure the sequential execution of planned activities on-site.
• Oversee and control every aspect of project activities from start to finish.
• Participate in project meetings and client interactions to support business development efforts.
• Coordinate construction teams and subcontractors for optimized workflow.
• Select and monitor tools, materials, equipment, and inventory levels.
• Track production schedules to guarantee projects meet their deadlines.
• Facilitate coordination between factories, sites, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Provide leadership and support to the team as needed.
• Review daily work progress and prepare internal and external reports regarding job status.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and attend relevant workshops and awareness programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with an architectural focus.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in construction or fit-out projects.
• Possession of a PMP certification is advantageous.
