Construction Contracts Manager

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Contracts Manager for a prominent Irish construction company renowned for its top-tier projects in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure across Ireland including Dublin, Cork, and the North West. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic and expanding firm dedicated to quality, safety, and enduring client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee several construction projects from the start to completion phases.
• Guide and support Project Managers and onsite teams effectively.
• Track project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and commercial outcomes diligently.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality regulations.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress to senior leadership.
• Travel frequently to various project sites across Ireland.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in managing contracts within main contractor settings.
• In-depth understanding of construction contract administration and commercial management.
• Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing projects in building, civil engineering, or infrastructure domains.
• Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel across the country as required.
