Job description

About the Role

We are seeking professionals with experience in quantitative disciplines to assist in training advanced AI models. In this position, you will collaborate with cutting-edge AI technologies to assess AI-produced quantitative analyses, tackle technical challenges, and offer insights that influence how these systems interpret data, models, and scientific inquiries. Candidates from diverse quantitative backgrounds such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, and operations research are encouraged to apply if they have a strong analytical approach to data and modeling. Some participants balance this role with other full-time jobs, while others dedicate themselves entirely.

Getting Started

Applicants begin by creating an account and completing a brief assessment, serving as a qualification interview. Successful candidates will receive notification via email and gain access to paid projects through our platform.

Benefits of Working with Us

  • Flexible selection of projects, allowing you to decide the timing and type of work.
  • Remote work capability from your personal computer at your convenience.
  • Competitive hourly compensation starting from $50 to over $100 per hour, with potential bonuses on select assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Critically evaluate AI-generated quantitative outputs, including statistical analyses, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-driven insights, ensuring accuracy and practical relevance.
  • Create and solve quantitative problems for AI system training and benchmarking, covering areas such as forecasting, experimental design, optimization, and statistical inference.
  • Produce well-written technical explanations and thoroughly documented analytical code.
  • Deliver constructive feedback that contributes to the evolution of AI models focusing on quantitative reasoning.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of three years in a quantitative role or research environment related to data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or similar sectors.
  • Competence in coding with hands-on experience writing and reviewing analytical scripts.
  • Applied knowledge of statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experimental methodologies such as A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
  • Proficiency in English at a native or bilingual level, accompanied by strong written communication capabilities.
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred; higher qualifications such as a Master's or PhD add advantage.
  • Additional noteworthy credentials, such as high rankings in Kaggle competitions or certifications from AWS/GCP in machine learning, are beneficial.
