Overview
This opportunity is with an innovative Korean fast-food restaurant located in Dubai seeking skilled Commis 1 kitchen staff. There are three openings available for full-time roles at the Dubai premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes following approved recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Undertake food preparation tasks such as cutting, marinating, frying, grilling, assembling, and basic cooking techniques.
- Ensure timely and accurate order completion, especially during high-demand periods.
- Maintain food safety by managing storage, labeling, implementing FIFO rotation, monitoring temperatures, and controlling stock per HACCP guidelines.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Applicants should be Tagalog-speaking individuals currently residing in Dubai.
- Minimum of two years’ kitchen experience as a Commis in the applicant's home country.
- At least a high school diploma and proficient English communication.
- Ability to perform efficiently and maintain composure during busy service times.
