About the Role
3 Brothers Agri Export Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Executive for its Ahmedabad office, specializing in Tally ERP for sales, purchase, and inventory functions within the agriculture/export sector. This role involves managing commercial operations with accuracy and efficiency while coordinating vendor and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and purchase entries using Tally ERP effectively.
- Oversee inventory processes, including reconciliation and report generation.
- Maintain precision in data entry and support commercial operations.
- Generate and interpret various reports deriving from Tally software to facilitate decision-making.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams ensuring smooth communication and process execution.
- Organize work to handle multiple tasks independently, exercising strong time management abilities.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Completed B.Com degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years experience handling Tally ERP focusing on sales, purchase entries, and inventory management.
- Preferably experienced in agriculture export, commodity trading, or FMCG sectors.
- Sound knowledge of commercial operations and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills advantageous.

The employment is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate must be proactive in multitasking and ensure accuracy throughout their responsibilities.
