Job Overview
We are looking for a Collection/Recovery Manager to handle debt recovery through telephonic communication specifically for Bajaj Finance Ltd. This role requires effective negotiation and persistent follow-up skills, with responsibility solely over telephonic collections — no field visits involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage debt recovery operations by contacting customers through phone calls.
- Persuade and negotiate with customers to recover outstanding debts efficiently.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure successful collections.
- Utilize MS Excel for tracking and managing collection data.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong convincing abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain sustained follow-up interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory for managing data and reports.
