CNC Machine Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Wood Machine Operator to join our manufacturing division based in Delhi NCR and Jaipur. The successful candidate will bring 2 to 3 years of expertise in handling CNC woodworking machines specifically for creating wooden doors, HDHMR and MDF panels, and various furniture parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently operate CNC Router machines to perform production tasks.
• Interpret production drawings to execute cutting operations with precision.
• Prepare and configure tools, cutters, and workpieces before machining procedures.
• Conduct various machining operations including cutting, carving, grooving, drilling, and nesting.
• Ensure products meet dimensional accuracy and achieve superior finishing standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Work to reduce material wastage and maximize cutting efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to fulfill daily manufacturing targets.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Three to five years of professional experience operating CNC woodworking routers.
• Hands-on knowledge working with materials such as HDHMR, MDF, plywood, WPC, laminates, and various door types including flush and designer doors.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD production drawings.
• Familiarity with CNC programming software such as ArtCAM, Aspire, or equivalents is advantageous.
• Proficiency in machine tool changes, calibration, and troubleshooting issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on maintaining quality standards.
