Role Overview
As a Cluster Rewards Manager for Hospitality, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and continuously improving a comprehensive rewards program that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent across our luxury hotels and corporate offices. This position requires expertise in compensation benchmarking, incentive scheme design, job evaluation, and compliance with relevant regulations. You will collaborate with senior leaders to promote a performance-driven, merit-based culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a progressive total rewards strategy aligned with company growth and luxury positioning.
- Ensure consistent compensation governance across all cluster properties.
- Manage annual salary reviews, bonus frameworks, and incentive plans to align with business goals and budgetary constraints.
- Champion pay-for-performance principles to support organizational objectives.
- Perform regular market comparisons using regional and global salary surveys to maintain competitiveness in luxury hospitality.
- Design and maintain fair salary structures, grading systems, and job evaluation frameworks to balance internal equity and market standards.
- Provide data-driven insights on compensation trends and cost management.
- Support compensation planning for pre-opening projects, including workforce costing and organizational design.
- Create innovative employee recognition programs and incentive schemes tied to key performance indicators.
- Maintain fairness and consistency in incentive distribution across functions and sites.
- Monitor and refine recognition initiatives based on employee feedback and business impact.
- Ensure reward frameworks comply with Saudization requirements, promoting attraction and retention of Saudi nationals.
- Collaborate with HR and government relations teams to adhere to local labor laws, wage protections, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain equitable reward practices blending national workforce integration with global talent management.
- Track and report compensation compliance and nationalization progress metrics.
- Uphold candidate experience, brand integrity, and confidentiality during external engagements.
- Ensure all pay and benefits comply with applicable labor laws, tax rules, and governance policies.
- Maintain and update reward-related policies and conduct compliance audits regularly.
- Manage risks linked to pay equity, regulation changes, and budgeting.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in compensation, supporting gender pay equity and unbiased salary decisions.
- Monitor equity metrics and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of growing experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in luxury hospitality or large organizations.
- Strong skills in job evaluation methods, salary structure design, and incentive plan development.
- Proven experience managing annual compensation cycles including salary review and bonus planning.
- Solid knowledge of Saudi and GCC labor laws, tax, and compensation standards.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management in a matrix environment.
- High discretion and integrity in handling confidential compensation information.
Preferred Credentials
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- Certifications such as WorldatWork (CCP/GRP) or equivalent in rewards management.
- Experience working in pre-opening projects or multi-property clusters in hospitality.
- Familiarity with Saudization and workforce nationalization strategies.
- Knowledge of global mobility and expatriate compensation arrangements.
- Expertise in HR analytics and dashboard reporting.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience leading change initiatives.
