Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Research Associate based on-site in Sandy Springs, GA. The associate will support Clinical Research Coordinators in managing clinical trials at designated sites by ensuring strict compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Trialmed’s quality benchmarks. Daily activities will encompass monitoring patient safety, verifying source documents and case report forms, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting site staff with study operations and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate study start-up efforts, aid participant recruitment, and assist with the informed consent process.
- Maintain critical trial documentation and records.
- Collaborate closely with clinical operations teams, investigators, and sponsors to resolve queries and issues efficiently.
- Support patient-centered trial execution through effective coordination and communication.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of clinical trial protocols applied to patient-focused research.
- Prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate or similar clinical research roles.
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines like GCP and ICH.
- Experience handling multiple studies or sites within research and clinical operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related clinical/health field; advanced degree is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, documentation capabilities, and comprehension of medical/scientific information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, site teams, and sponsors.
- Proficient in electronic data capture systems and typical office software; familiarity with digital health tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Sandy Springs, GA, with possible travel to local/regional study sites as needed.
- Experience in early-phase or multi-site clinical trials is a plus.
