About the Role

Collaborate with customers, brokers, and partners to grow our offerings and enhance digital experiences within the insurance domain.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned customers, brokers, and internal teams, addressing queries, giving timely updates, and effectively resolving service issues with accountability.
- Assist with daily account management tasks such as eligibility verification, billing, plan adjustments, contract updates, claim investigations, reporting, and rolling out new coverage for your designated customer segment.
- Represent the company in finalist presentations, stewardship sessions, benefit fairs, and other client meetings; support request for proposal (RFP) processes and proposals for current and potential clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Client Services Directors, Financial Consultants, Implementation, Claims, Legal, Underwriting, and Billing teams to coordinate and implement solutions.
- Monitor open action items until resolution, maintain detailed documentation of meetings, decisions, commitments, and customer specifics in appropriate systems, and keep all stakeholders informed about progress and next steps.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, account management, or similar roles; minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for providing professional updates to clients, brokers, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational abilities, excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and unresolved issues with problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable using virtual meeting platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet.
- Capability to align customer expectations with business capabilities, service standards, and operational requirements.
- (Preferred) Bachelor's degree and a self-driven attitude towards professional growth and expanding business knowledge.
- (Preferred) Experience in fostering strong customer/broker relationships with proactive communication and consultative support, confident in presenting in both remote and in-person forums.
- (Preferred) Skilled in working with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, handle escalations, and identify process improvements.
Additional Information
This position operates on East Coast working hours.
The anticipated salary range is $49,100 to $82,800 annually, with eligibility for annual short-term incentives and stock-based long-term rewards, subject to plan conditions.
