Client Relationship Executive

Overview

M/S Techsr Enterprise is seeking a motivated Client Relationship Executive who will focus on nurturing and expanding client connections. This role welcomes candidates without prior work experience and emphasizes strong communication abilities and a client-first mindset, particularly within B2B and SMB sales contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with both current and prospective clients.
• Address client inquiries promptly and provide effective solutions.
• Identify and create new business opportunities targeting B2B and SMB sectors.
• Follow up on leads to convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Analyze client needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Collaborate internally to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Keep detailed records of client communications and sales efforts.
• Strive to meet customer satisfaction goals and sales targets.
