About the Role
BetterUp invites dynamic leaders passionate about transformative human experiences to join as our Client Delivery Director for the EMEA region based in London. This position is pivotal in managing post-sale strategies and the seamless execution of our services for high-profile clients. The role demands presence in-office at least two days per week, supporting a hybrid work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end technical and operational deployment of the BetterUp platform to clients, ensuring clarity of client requirements and setting precise deliverables and milestones.
- Develop and maintain influential relationships with executives and operational leaders post-sale to guarantee superior service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Design and implement governance mechanisms that monitor delivery effectiveness, timeliness, and customer experience while championing ongoing improvements.
- Maintain consistent communication on progress, risk management, and results to stakeholders and coordinate change management efforts internally and externally.
- Lead collaborative efforts across multiple teams like Customer Success, People Insights, Services, and Product, serving as the customer advocate within the company.
- Manage risk and escalation protocols, including identifying issues and ensuring timely resolution, acting as the escalation point with clients.
Candidate Profile
- Possess over 10 years of experience in software or service delivery, with at least 5 years leading enterprise SaaS platform implementations covering operational and technical areas.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills across all organizational levels, capable of working effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate advanced program and project management capabilities, preferably with familiarity in scrum or agile environments.
- Proactively identify risks and develop preemptive solutions to maintain seamless delivery.
- Experience advising and nurturing relationships with Fortune 1000 executive clients is highly valued.
- Willingness to travel 20-40% for client engagements.
- Advocate for AI adoption by removing barriers and promoting a culture of continuous innovation and transformation.
- Exhibit sound judgment in balancing workload efficiency and delivering impactful outcomes under the ethos "Do Less, Deliver More."
