Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Cinema Manager in managing smooth and memorable cinema operations
• Lead and inspire Cinema Hosts during shifts to deliver excellent service
• Supervise guest experience in ticketing, retail, and ushering areas
• Ensure high standards in safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
• Conduct shift briefings and make operational decisions during shifts
• Coach team members to enhance their skills, confidence, and career progression
• Identify improvements to processes to boost guest satisfaction

• Experience in leading or supporting teams within hospitality, retail, or fast-paced settings

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
• Safe transportation arrangements for late shifts

Compensation

Training wage starts at €15.15 per hour, increasing to €17.89 per hour once fully trained and proficient.
