Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Cinema Manager in managing smooth and memorable cinema operations
- Lead and inspire Cinema Hosts during shifts to deliver excellent service
- Supervise guest experience in ticketing, retail, and ushering areas
- Ensure high standards in safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
- Conduct shift briefings and make operational decisions during shifts
- Coach team members to enhance their skills, confidence, and career progression
- Identify improvements to processes to boost guest satisfaction
What You Bring
- Experience in leading or supporting teams within hospitality, retail, or fast-paced settings
- A people-focused leadership approach
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to maintaining safety, service, and operational excellence
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
- Safe transportation arrangements for late shifts
Compensation
Training wage starts at €15.15 per hour, increasing to €17.89 per hour once fully trained and proficient.
