Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Apple Blossom Creche & Montessori, located in Dublin 6. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring a commitment to fostering a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children. Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs in alignment with the center's curriculum.
- Ensure a secure, safe, and engaging learning and play space for children.
- Observe and support children's developmental progress actively.
- Engage with children through interactive play and reinforce positive behaviors.
- Coordinate both indoor and outdoor activities effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a minimum QQI Level 5 childcare qualification or an alternative qualification recognized on the approved DCYA list.
- Proficiency in the English language for effective communication.
- Strong communication abilities and flexibility in daily tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland, with a valid employment permit required for non-EEA nationals unless exempt.
