Overview

The Chief Executive Officer at Qaswarah Holding is tasked with establishing the company's strategic vision and growth plans in close collaboration with the Board of Directors. This role requires oversight of operational performance in gaming lounges and branches, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s strategic vision and growth initiatives alongside the Board of Directors.
• Oversee daily operational performance of gaming lounges and various branches, guaranteeing service excellence.
• Drive the development of the business model and identify revenue streams to support financial growth.
• Manage the company’s financial performance, prepare budget forecasts, and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) in coordination with the finance department.
• Lead and develop the management team, fostering an engaging and motivating workplace culture.
• Supervise the development of digital products and services offered by the company.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with stakeholders and entities within the eSports sector.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least seven years of senior management experience, including previous roles as CEO, Deputy CEO, or General Manager.
• Proven experience in the entertainment, eSports, or retail sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading growth phases and business expansion.
• Experience working within a holding company structure or reporting to a Board of Directors or investors.
