Cart Attendant

Position Overview

Cart Attendants play an essential role in ensuring a positive customer experience by managing the collection and maintenance of shopping carts. This includes retrieving carts from the parking area, using equipment to transport them inside the store, and keeping them clean and orderly throughout all weather conditions.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges between 14 and 27 dollars, with the exact rate meeting or exceeding local minimum wage standards. Additional earnings may come from annual or quarterly performance bonuses as well as premiums between 35 cents and 3 dollars per hour based on varying factors like schedule, location, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums can accumulate depending on eligibility.
