Role Overview

This full-time Career Counselor position, based in Indore, offers a hybrid working arrangement allowing partial remote work. Responsibilities include providing individualized and group counseling for students and early-career professionals to help them explore interests, evaluate strengths, and select appropriate academic and career pathways. Daily duties involve conducting career assessments, leading workshops, producing guidance materials, and maintaining meticulous counseling records. The counselor will also partner with internal teams to design career programs, collaborate with educational institutions or partners, and monitor outcomes to refine counseling practices. Maintaining confidentiality, employing evidence-based counseling methods, and offering clear, impartial guidance tailored to each person's situation are critical aspects of the role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to support exploration, decision-making, and planning.
• Experience in Student Counseling with the ability to assist diverse learners empathetically through active listening and organized guidance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of simplifying complex options.
• Educational background in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or related fields is advantageous.
• Familiarity with career assessment tools, conducting workshops, tracking data for outcomes, and digital literacy including office productivity and online collaboration tools is a plus.
• Capability to operate effectively in a hybrid work model, manage time efficiently, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
