About the Role

Join Agincare at our New Milton Branch as a Care Coordinator where your talent for organisation and problem-solving will directly impact the quality of care provided. This position involves connecting suitable carers with clients to ensure personalized and reliable support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate care services alongside client schedules.
  • Match carers appropriately to meet specific client needs.
  • Assist in initiating and setting up new care packages.
  • Develop and maintain rotas to guarantee continuity in care delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients' families and healthcare professionals.
  • Keep accurate records of staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
  • Take part in the on-call rota when needed, including phone coverage with extra compensation.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent organisational abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK for at least 12 months.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000.
