Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Camera Operator to strengthen our growing production team. This role demands proficiency in cinematography and camera handling, adeptness in both studio and outdoor settings, and a commitment to maintaining excellent production quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use professional cinema cameras, mirrorless, and DSLR equipment to capture visual content.
  • Shoot diverse formats including documentaries, corporate films, commercials, interviews, and promotional videos.
  • Design framing, composition, camera movements, and lighting schemes thoughtfully.
  • Manage camera gear including lenses, gimbals, tripods, and rigging tools efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and editors to ensure production coherence.
  • Ensure the quality of filmed footage and upkeep of camera equipment.
  • Be prepared to travel for location-based outdoor shooting as needed.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Expertise in professional cinematography and camera operations.
  • Strong grasp of shot composition and framing techniques.
  • Knowledgeable in lighting arrangements for various shooting environments.
  • Proficient with operation of gimbals, tripods, and other camera stabilizing equipment.
  • Basic understanding of video editing processes.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a creative team.

Preferred candidates will have one to three years or more of experience operating cameras professionally, with a portfolio or proven editing competence favored over formal academic credentials.
