Position Overview

This opportunity is offered through a partner company looking to hire a Business Screening Team Lead based in Ireland. The role involves managing business screening operations in a global and fully remote setting. You will spearhead high-performing screening teams, enhance operational processes, and ensure top-quality talent evaluation. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Business Screening teams to meet quality and operational targets.
• Track team performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Plan and launch new screening initiatives and refine existing operational workflows.
• Manage screening workflows and assist in developing new talent evaluation specializations.
• Work with cross-functional teams including quality assurance and analytics to enhance screening methods and reports.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and foster an engaging team atmosphere.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex screening issues, ensuring prompt and customer-focused resolutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation on screening processes, policies, and standards to uphold consistency and compliance.
• Continuously optimize processes through data analysis and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related area.
• Between 3 to 5+ years of experience in operations management, team leadership, project management, or business process management.
• Proven track record in leading teams, improving workflows, and managing cross-departmental projects.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret metrics and base decisions on data.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to collaborate effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and eye for detail.
• Proficient leadership, coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fully remote work environment.
• Flexible with managing shifting priorities and capable of building consensus within diverse teams.
• Experience in technology or IT sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is advantageous.
