The Operations team functions as the core engine, designing company workflows and enhancing AI-integrated processes.

Role Overview

As the supportive lead to the Head of Operations, you will manage the department’s operating rhythm, ensuring smooth priority management, coordination, and efficient delivery within Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operating cadence within the department, including planning, agendas, decision-making, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Maintain visibility of the Head of Operations’ priorities, ensuring progression and execution across all teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by connecting different business pillars, resolving obstacles, and promoting workflow continuity.
• Prepare reports, executive presentations, and board-level briefings on behalf of the Head of Operations.
• Lead special cross-department initiatives and organize the internal operations of the department.
• Implement AI tools and methodologies to enhance operational rhythm, tracking, and reporting activities.

Measures of Success

• Within the first 90 days, establish a reliable departmental operating rhythm characterized by clear agendas, well-documented decisions, and consistent follow-through.
• Within 6 to 12 months, cultivate a high-performing department that operates efficiently, delivering cross-functional projects with discipline and speed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 6 years of experience in business management, operations, strategy, PMO, or top-tier consulting, preferably within technology, AI, or digital industries.
• Demonstrated history of maintaining operational rhythms and driving execution across diversified teams.
• Exceptional skills in organization, coordination, and ensuring thorough follow-up.
• Excellent communication ability and executive presence, with the capacity to exercise discretion and sound judgment with senior leadership.
• Proven experience applying AI technologies to enhance productivity.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree; MBA or higher degrees are advantageous.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly valued.
