Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities related to RWA products such as minting, redemption, and reconciliation.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for comprehensive asset lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and custody teams to ensure seamless operation execution.
- Analyze current processes to detect inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
- Conduct basic data tracking and analytical tasks to support operational decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or similar disciplines.
- Possess strong logical reasoning and structured analytical skills.
- Ability to comprehend and adhere to operational workflows driven by SOPs.
- Detail-focused with a heightened sense of accountability.
- Proficient with spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Genuine interest in cryptocurrency, Real World Assets, or financial markets.
- Prior internship or relevant experience within fintech, banking, or consulting sectors.
- Basic knowledge of operational mechanisms behind financial products.
