Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Representative based in Germany to spearhead and expand outbound prospecting efforts. This role is wholly focused on outbound activities, serving as the initial point of contact within the German market and building a qualified sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a high-volume outbound prospecting strategy utilizing cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and engage key hotel groups and decision-makers across operations, revenue, IT, and management levels within Germany.
- Generate new business prospects and schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executives.
- Evaluate leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) fit and business potential to produce sales-qualified leads (SQL).
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize messaging, targeting, and outreach processes.
- Maintain up-to-date and clean CRM records specifically within Salesforce.
- Drive continuous enhancements in outbound outreach cadences and prospecting metrics.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment with KPIs related to meetings booked, SQLs created, and pipeline growth.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in outbound business development or sales development roles within B2B SaaS sectors, with proven success in high-volume cold calling.
- Fluency in both German and English, including written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong discipline in following outbound call cadence and activity-focused performance metrics.
- Energetic, resilient, with excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism industries is highly valued, as is handling multi-site or enterprise accounts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranges from €50,000 to €75,000.
- Additional variable pay based on qualified meetings, SQL deliveries, and pipeline creation.
