Role Responsibilities

  • Lead expansion efforts by identifying and securing new restaurant partners within the Melbourne area.
  • Develop a robust sales funnel through strategic prospecting, networking, and effective territory management.
  • Establish strong, mutually beneficial relationships with restaurant owners and operators, facilitating smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to discover and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and partner satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in business development, field sales, partnerships, or customer-facing roles that require winning new business and sustaining partnerships.
  • Experience in similar sales or account management roles, preferably within hospitality or related sectors.
  • Confidence and skill in quickly building rapport, influencing decision-makers, and converting prospects into loyal partners.
  • Prior exposure or contacts within the hospitality market is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with strong commercial acumen, capable of working independently and proactively chasing opportunities.
  • Valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, as travel throughout Melbourne is essential.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and motivation to grow professionally along with the organization.
