About the Role
The role involves working as a Business Development Manager within a project focused on Google Paid Advertisement known as the Goldie Process. The position requires visiting assigned small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and merchants based in the Delhi-NCR region, including Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad, to onboard them onto Google Ads platforms. Each business starts with a ₹5,000 advertising budget aimed at improving their visibility on Google Maps and attracting new customers through paid ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with assigned leads and onboard them onto the Google Ads system.
- Educate merchants about the importance and advantages of utilizing Google advertising and enhancing their digital presence.
- Oversee the entire onboarding process including documentation, account creation, and activating advertisements.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet monthly targets related to onboarding numbers and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth campaign implementations and to resolve any issues effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in corporate sales or business-to-business (B2B) business development is mandatory.
- Proven track record of selling high-value products or services successfully.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions.
- Comfortable with field sales and conducting client meetings face-to-face.
- Technologically adept with an ability to clearly explain digital marketing concepts to clients.
Desired Industry Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Google Ads, or industries like Wildcraft, Just Dial, Meta (Facebook), Stem Cell Banking, or other B2B service sectors.
