Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai entails the responsibility of gathering, analyzing, and documenting the business requirements from various stakeholders. The Business Analyst translates these into precise specifications for both technical and operational teams to implement.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes, identify deficiencies and areas for advancement.
• Support the design and deployment of updated workflows or systems aimed at improving operational efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate analytical conclusions.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops ensuring stakeholders are aligned on priorities and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposed recommendations are practical, quantifiable, and align with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data sets, detect patterns, and underpin decisions with evidence.
• Proficient in business analysis including requirement gathering and clear documentation translating into actionable plans.
• Expertise in business process mapping, assessment, and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex information, guide discussions, and foster stakeholder consensus.
• Additional competencies in problem-solving, managing stakeholders, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Preferred educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Experience in a business analyst role or similar capacity, familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and business intelligence platforms, and proven ability to collaborate effectively in a collaborative, on-site setting.
