Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or analogous positions with a strong emphasis on business and process analysis.
• Proven expertise in collecting requirements and mapping business processes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, critical for supporting change and transformations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or blended project management methodologies.
• A proactive and teamwork-oriented mindset driven by continual improvement.

Additional Information

This permanent full-time role offers the chance to work onsite in Dublin with the organisation operating on a hybrid model requiring three days onsite per week. You will be part of a collaborative environment impacting major strategic initiatives.
