About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in advancing strategic projects, collaborating cross-functionally across governance, process enhancement, and transformation programs. Key Responsibilities
- Collect and scrutinize business requirements effectively.
- Lead workshops and liaise with stakeholders from various departments.
- Analyze and refine business processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Create detailed documentation including business specifications and user stories.
- Support solution design, testing phases, and facilitate smooth adoption of changes.
- Collaborate with project managers and technology teams to ensure delivery of transformation initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or analogous positions with a strong emphasis on business and process analysis.
- Proven expertise in collecting requirements and mapping business processes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, critical for supporting change and transformations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or blended project management methodologies.
- A proactive and teamwork-oriented mindset driven by continual improvement.
Additional Information
This permanent full-time role offers the chance to work onsite in Dublin with the organisation operating on a hybrid model requiring three days onsite per week. You will be part of a collaborative environment impacting major strategic initiatives.
