Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for client projects enabled by technology.
• Confidently conduct stakeholder interviews, lead workshops, and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
• Convert complex business challenges into clear requirements, process documentation, and deliverables prepared for implementation.
• Assist in wider consulting tasks including discovery phases, in-depth analysis, and client interactions.
• Drive successful outcomes in complex transformation initiatives through quality contributions.

Candidate Profile and Technical Skills

• Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, preferably focused on technology or transformation.
• Proven track record of business analysis across diverse client engagements rather than limited project involvement.
• Comprehensive consulting background encompassing project management office, project coordination, data consultancy, or business consulting.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities combined with effective workshop facilitation skills.
• Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC) and a strong academic background paired with a professional consulting demeanor.
