Work Hours
The shift timings are split into before and after school periods: 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to local and state transportation safety protocols
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bus safety inspections, reporting any maintenance needs to leadership promptly
- Follow established schedules for picking up and dropping off children to local schools as well as during summer trips
- Maintain compliance with Department of Motor Vehicles regulations and requirements
- Assist the Center Director with classroom support or other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years with a high school diploma or GED
- Possess a clean driving record and be willing to provide a DMV report annually to the Director
- Past experience working in childcare, daycare, preschool, or with children is preferred
- Ability to understand, comply with, and enforce the Policy and Procedure Manual
- At least six months of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Early childhood education coursework, CDA certification, or degree is advantageous
- Flexible availability regarding work hours and job tasks
