Role Overview

The Brand Manager will spearhead the strategic planning and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, leveraging consumer insights to fuel brand growth and deepen customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Brand, regional teams, and international headquarters to ensure strategies are aligned, best practices shared, and global insights applied locally to maintain a premium and credible brand image.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the annual business plan, integrating global brand objectives with local Australian market goals.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships that deliver mutual benefits and authentic brand integrations.
  • Support and coach internal teams in addressing brand challenges, including pitching concepts to customers and global stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with On & Off Premise account teams to understand their priorities and propose brand-led solutions that meet customer's business needs across various channels including Grocery, Petrol, Convenience, and emerging markets.
  • Partner with Trade Marketing to create impactful retail marketing activities that lead category growth and attract shoppers.
  • Act as a driving force for innovative ideas between Marketing and Sales, adapting communication styles to support sales teams in engaging customers effectively.
  • Utilize consumer and market data to create category-leading, creative campaigns that deliver memorable experiences and drive commercial success.
  • Engage with local and global external partners to ensure premium execution and credible integration of the brand in market.
  • Lead 360-degree campaign development and execution, maintaining premium brand experiences at all touchpoints and ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of global campaigns and partnerships by leveraging global resources and tailoring them for local market impact.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through all project phases from concept to market rollout following Red Bull's standards.
  • Manage creative and media agencies from briefing through delivery to guarantee alignment with brand objectives and quality standards.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of campaign and media results to refine creative investment and strategic impact.

Qualifications & Expertise

  • University degree preferably in Marketing, Business, or Events Management.
  • Approximately 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing and brand management, with prior experience at the Brand Manager level; experience in the beverage sector is highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting, complemented by excellent project management capabilities and experience implementing effective processes and structures.
  • A creative problem-solver experienced in managing programs from conception through execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
