About the Role
This opportunity is provided on behalf of a partner company based in Spain, which handles all candidate applications and subsequent procedures. The Brand Manager will serve as a strategic collaborator for clients, primarily within the restaurant and hospitality sector, helping to craft impactful marketing strategies. The role involves managing varied projects in branding, digital content creation, media planning, website management, and customer experience enhancement. Working remotely, the individual will interface closely with creative, strategic, and media teams to deliver effective marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering guidance to develop and implement marketing initiatives effectively.
- Oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives by defining project requirements and coordinating resources.
- Collect project information and create comprehensive briefs for both internal and external teams specializing in creative, strategy, and media domains.
- Participate in team planning meetings to prioritize projects, tasks, and deliverables efficiently.
- Lead discussions on client expectations, project updates, and strategic direction within internal teams.
- Manage schedules, workflows, and progress updates using project management tools to ensure transparency among teams and clients.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their requirements are satisfied.
- Organize regular client meetings and deliver status reports on various projects and initiatives.
- Present marketing strategies, content suggestions, and performance data with a clear business focus.
- Support additional projects and operational activities as company priorities evolve.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing coordination, project management, account management, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Prior exposure to agency environments preferred, especially within restaurant, hospitality, or consumer-driven sectors.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven capability to handle multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines in dynamic settings.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Monday.com or comparable platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the aptitude to understand business challenges and propose effective strategies.
