About Simple Truth
Simple Truth is a boutique brand and design consultancy specializing in projects primarily within the property sector, as well as charities and commercial fields. Our clientele includes some of London's foremost property developers.
Role Overview
This pivotal role involves close collaboration with our in-house design team and trusted freelance creatives, operating under the guidance of our Creative Director. You'll be responsible for translating approved concepts into comprehensive, finished designs across mediums.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate a greenlit design direction into a complete website, covering all pages and optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
- Design bespoke visual elements such as maps, diagrams, and iconography tailored to each client project.
- Produce digital assets like interactive PDFs from detailed briefs.
- Manage print design projects end-to-end including annual reports, from image selection and infographics to final layouts, adhering to brand standards.
- Oversee photographic content by coordinating imagery selection and cropping with a critical eye.
- Set up, test, and dispatch email campaigns ensuring all links and RSVP processes function correctly.
- Participate in project meetings to gather feedback and translate it into actionable next steps.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on creative output and Operations Manager on scheduling and delivery.
Candidate Profile
- At least six years of professional experience in brand or digital design, preferably with exposure to smaller property agencies or consultancies.
- A portfolio showcasing comprehensive website projects that include desktop and mobile versions alongside supporting visual content such as maps, diagrams, or iconography.
- Demonstrable experience creating interactive digital publications (e.g., PDFs) and substantial print materials like reports or brochures.
- Versatility across web, print, photography, and campaign design rather than narrow specialization.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools; familiarity with motion design is an advantage.
- Excellent organization skills and a dependable approach to project follow-through.
- Ability to maintain calm, constructive collaboration in a team environment.
Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is between £36,000 and £45,000 annually, depending on experience.
