Overview

We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the sales and collection functions at a designated branch. This role involves developing partnerships with electric vehicle (EV) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and dealerships within the assigned territory, while driving team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all sales and collection processes at the branch location.
Establish and nurture relationships with EV OEMs and dealerships in the specified region.
Achieve defined targets related to sales volumes and collection efficiency.
Recruit, onboard, and train branch personnel to ensure operational excellence.
Compile and submit daily performance reports and Management Information System (MIS) updates.
Collect and analyze customer feedback regularly to enhance service quality.
