Position Overview
We seek a motivated Service Assistant (m/f/d) to join our BMW locations in Losheim and Simmern. Being a family-operated BMW company with seasoned expertise and enthusiasm for cars and technology, we prioritize excellent customer relations, a warm environment, and outstanding service. As part of the team, you will help uphold these principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and advice to customers at the service counter and throughout their workshop visits.
- Handle customer inquiries via in-person, telephone, email, or online leads.
- Arrange service appointments efficiently.
- Manage customer mobility solutions as required.
- Coordinate and communicate workshop orders.
- Process billing for workshop services and assist with administrative commercial tasks.
- Conduct vehicle handovers and explain invoices following completed repairs.
- Support the service team with various administrative duties.
- Manage cash handling responsibly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and prompt issue resolution.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Preferably experience within the automotive sector or service environments.
- Strong communication skills paired with a customer-focused mindset.
- Organizational capability and the ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented with the capacity to maintain composure during busy periods.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with modern IT systems.
