Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Biology Expert to contribute remotely on a contractual basis. The role involves providing critical analysis and detailed evaluation of biology-related content and data designed for AI development.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically assess and offer comprehensive feedback on biological data, prompts, and content incorporated in AI workflows.
• Develop, review, and refine scientific scenarios and questions that address complex, realistic biological challenges.
• Provide expert insights to ensure the precision, relevance, and thoroughness of AI training materials and system outputs related to biology.
• Work collaboratively with platform teams to resolve uncertainties and enhance data quality, breadth, and representation in biological datasets.
• Document methodologies, observations, and justifications to maintain transparency and reproducibility in deliverables.
• Engage in continuous review cycles and evaluations aimed at improving AI capabilities in biological subjects.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate (PhD) in biology or an allied life science.
• Strong expertise in fundamental biological concepts, with aptitude for explaining complex ideas to varied audiences.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for delivering clear scientific feedback and reasoning.
• Experience evaluating scientific research critically and analyzing data intricately.
• Ability to work autonomously, producing consistent, high-quality results within defined project parameters.
• Previous involvement in interdisciplinary science or tech initiatives; AI exposure is advantageous but not essential.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific accuracy and rigor.
