About the Role
We are hiring a meticulous Billing Executive to manage billing activities in our corporate office located in Parrys, Chennai. This position supports our wheat flour mill and FMCG manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely customer invoices and related documents including sales bills, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Maintain comprehensive billing records ensuring all transactions are well documented.
- Collaborate with sales, dispatch, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure seamless order processing.
- Validate pricing, quantities, discounts, and tax details prior to invoice preparation.
- Update billing data using Tally, ERP, or SAP platforms.
- Reconcile invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and communicate with clients as necessary.
- Prepare regular billing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and internal billing protocols.
- Assist with accounts and administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts support.
- Proven proficiency in Tally, ERP, or SAP systems is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to operate with accuracy under strict deadlines.

Preferred Experience
