Role Overview
As a Bilingual Executive Travel Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Accor’s highest-tier Members, delivering personalized and exclusive concierge services. You’ll anticipate Members’ needs, craft tailored travel experiences, manage inquiries in both French and English, and ensure every interaction reflects the premium luxury standards Accor upholds.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and requests from elite Members via phone and email, providing personalized travel recommendations and support in French and English.
- Act proactively as a concierge, arranging on-site activities and services before Members’ arrival.
- Anticipate and exceed Members’ expectations by tailoring experiences and service delivery.
- Support Members throughout their stay, including assistance with restaurant bookings, transportation arrangements, and unexpected disruptions.
- Manage schedules and ensure flawless execution of tasks to deliver seamless experiences.
- Conduct research to fulfill Member requests accurately while providing details about program benefits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage of $22.35 with an additional $1.00 per hour for shifts worked after midnight.

Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent professional communication in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage warmly and professionally with a diverse global clientele.
- Previous experience or education in hospitality, tourism, sales, customer service, contact centres, or luxury service environments.
- Proven ability to handle an extensive range of customer requests positively and proactively.
- Strong problem-solving acumen and effective decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with capability to prioritize and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and internet browsers; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Adept at navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously while engaging with clients.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Information and Requirements
- This is a fully remote position requiring suitable high-speed wired internet and an appropriate home office setup.
- Training is conducted virtually.
- Candidates must be authorized to work full time in Canada and reside in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, or Ontario.
- Positions are permanent and full-time; part-time or temporary roles are not available, including for students.
- Availability for shift work with two consecutive days off is mandatory.
