Role Summary
As a Bid & Proposal Writer, you will play a crucial part in developing compelling, high-quality proposals that drive new business and back transformative projects. This position involves interacting closely with experienced consultants, project teams, and subject matter experts, offering you exposure to enterprise clients, cutting-edge technology, and significant developments in AI and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete bid and proposal processes from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect relevant information and insights.
- Compose, edit, and polish proposals, tenders, and associated documents.
- Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance content development and streamline workflows.
- Contribute to the improvement of systems, templates, and procedures as the company expands.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have backgrounds such as bid writing, proposals, account management, project coordination, consulting, customer operations, or enterprise services. Strong communication abilities to convey complex information clearly and engagingly are essential.
- Excellent written communication with meticulous attention to detail.
